File Storage

- Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 in secure data centers
- Access codes provide an additional layer of security
AI Processing
- When AI chat is enabled, file contents are sent to OpenAI to generate responses
- OpenAI does not use your data to train their models (per their API terms)
- We do not use your files to train any AI models
- Chat conversations are not stored permanently on our servers
File Retention
- Free tier: Files expire after 7 days
- Paid plans: Files retained according to your plan (30, 90 days, or indefinitely)
- You can delete files at any time from your dashboard
- Deleted files are permanently removed within 24 hours
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:
Service Providers
- Cloudflare - Hosting, CDN, and storage
- OpenAI - AI chat functionality
- LemonSqueezy/Stripe - Payment processing
- Email provider - Transactional emails
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
Business Transfers
If we're acquired or merged, your information may be transferred. We'll notify you before this happens.
